Village Hall

The hourly hiring charge for the hall is £6 for Monk Sherborne parish residents and £7 for casual hirings from outside the parish.  To make a booking please phone 01256 850536.

The hall is situated in the centre of the village and has been on its present site since around 1926 and although not a large hall, it is an ideal venue for the smaller type of functions such as meetings and childrens' parties.

It has been refurbished, with new flooring and decoration and the electrical system has also been replaced.

There is a playing field adjacent to the hall which, although not owned by the Village Hall Management Committee, is often used by children attending functions in the hall.

Organisations and clubs who regularly use the hall include the Hop and Grape Wine Makers, WI and the Cycle Club - visit the Clubs and Groups page on this website for further details.
