A suspicious vehicle to look out for, please:

White Ford Transit panel van V661EBR – seen at a builders yard Monk Sherborne Road, Sherborne St John this morning, and at industrial units in Monk Sherborne this afternoon.  Occupants were doubtless up to no good.  Please be aware. 

Yesterday, sus males were in The Close, Monk Sherborne, with a flatbed van, asking to buy a lorry from a resident.  They had a good poke around and a nose into the houses.

What with the cold calling Poles I reported yesterday, we seem to be getting an increase in suspicious persons around, so please be extra vigilant and keep doors/windows closed when you’re not around.  Don’t be tempted with the hot weather to leave anything open which you don’t need to.

I believe there is a possible reason for this increase at the moment, which I can’t mention in a public document, but when the reason ceases to be a problem, I’ll let you know.
